3. Eligibility and Use

By signing up, you confirm that:

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Provide accurate and current personal or business information.

  • Update your profile if your information changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.


5. Memberships and Subscriptions

Broker Life Socials Monthly Memberships

We offer subscription-based memberships that provide monthly marketing content, which may include:

  • Social Media Posts (graphics, captions, and hashtags)

  • Email Campaigns (email copy and related images)

  • Blog Posts (ready-to-post blog copy with images)

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, but must email us directly at yourfriends@brokerlifesocials.com to process your cancellation.

Members cannot cancel their membership directly through the website.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please email your cancellation request at least 4 calendar days before your next billing date.

Refund Policy

As digital content is delivered in full upon sign-up, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing.


10x Growth Mastermind

The 10x Growth Mastermind is a 12-month coaching and mentorship program for serious Canadian mortgage professionals.

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • Your subscription is a non-cancellable, 12-month commitment.

  • No early termination or refunds are permitted for any reason.

  • You will gain full access to all Broker Life Socials Pro, Email, and Blog Post content as part of your program.

This firm commitment ensures the integrity of the coaching experience and the success of all members involved.


6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Broker Life Socials to charge your selected payment method for the amount due.

We reserve the right to cancel or reverse any transaction that we believe violates applicable laws or these Terms.


7. Modifications to Services or Pricing

Broker Life Socials reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue services, or update membership offerings at any time. We will provide advance notice of any significant changes to active members. Continued use of the membership after changes implies acceptance.


8. Technical Access and Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to your content, but we are not responsible for delays, outages, or interruptions caused by:

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Third-party hosting services

  • System maintenance or upgrades


9. Consumer Protection

Where applicable, these Terms are subject to Canadian consumer protection legislation. If a portion of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer laws, the relevant laws will prevail, and the rest of the Terms will remain valid.


10. Limitation of Liability

Broker Life Socials, including its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents, shall not be held liable for:
